Hi there!

‘Tis the season to pick zucchini. It’s everywhere here in the Midwest.

So, the other day I saw a recipe on Facebook for Zucchini Chips. The photo looked amazing and the ingredients were super simple—just salt, pepper, paprika, and zucchini slices! What could possibly go wrong?

At this point, I should probably state that I’m convinced that I’m cursed as a cook. So then, it should be no surprise to you that the recipe was a total fail.

Is my cooking really cursed?? Of course not! Here’s the thing . . .

And I’ll admit, I just don’t want to put in the time and effort it takes to learn the solid concepts associated with cooking.

  • Want to learn a foreign language? The secret is to practice solid concepts over and over.
  • Want to be an encouraging spouse? The secret is to practice solid concepts over and over.
  • Want to be a confident scrapbooker? The secret is to practice solid concepts over and over.

So many things to practice, so little time. I LOVE that you’re choosing to practice with me and my team here at Digital Scrapper. Enjoy the free video tutorial below.

Love and creative success,

P.S. In case you’re wondering, the zucchini chips did not go to waste. I’m blessed to have a hunk who will eat almost anything I conjure up. He loved them. 🙂
