She used the Mood Changer Tutorial to enhance her sweet image and she also made the burlap paper. chalkhillblue said “a special thanks for including some Canadian symbols for us up here above the 49th parallel” and then added “I would also like to send a very BIG Happy July 4th to all of our American friends.
