Hi there!

Do you remember your first time? Or perhaps your first time has not come yet?

Last week, my hunk and I went to our favorite deli for dinner. After checking out and heading to our table, I hear my hunk say, “I’m getting old.”

He hands me the receipt. The young checkout lady had kindly added a “Senior 10% Off” discount without asking. I just about fell over from giggling so much. You see . . . my hunk is only 52 years young and this was his first time to receive the gratuity. It was good for his ego. <Insert more giggling.>

This “first time” occurrence will definitely be going into my daily life scrapbook page! It’s a keeper.

Use this quick story as a gentle reminder to scrap the little things in life — things that make you happy, someone who makes you feel special, and even little things that make you giggle.
