Hi there!

In the last year, I’ve been on a treasure hunt.
The hunt was for a person and I have found her. In fact, I actually tracked her down and shared a fire pit with her at a local campground!

Let Me Introduce You To Julie Singco

This amazing lady (pictured with me in the image):

  • shares my passion for scrapbooking
  • shares my desire for continuous learning
  • shares my appreciation and love for the Digital Scrapper community
  • shares my focus on details and love for all things geeky

In the coming weeks and months, you will see Julie working into the role of customer service. She’ll eventually be the gal on the other end of any help request.

Think Of This As My Gift To You
Believe me, I would not trust this role (helping you) to just anyone. Julie will love on you as I would love on you. You have my personal guarantee — you will love her and find her a huge help.

Do me a favor, pretty please?

Upgrading Your MacOS to Catalina, Good or Bad?

It’s ALWAYS a good idea to keep your computer programs, apps, browsers, and operating systems up to date. But being the first to upgrade is not always a good idea.

Mac just recently released their newest operating system (OS), Catalina, and they’re requesting that YOU upgrade now. But instead of jumping on the download wagon right away, I recommend practicing patience and waiting 3-6 months before making the switch.

The Bottom Line Is . . .

Unless you want to be part of the public who helps to find and report and troubleshoot bugs, let everyone else pitch in the time and frustration and wait to upgrade until all the dust settles.
