The winner of the Mother is a Verb Challenge is LM_Levesque!
When I first looked at this layout, my eye went straight to the large focal photo, and I thought it was so touching. Here’s mom giving her son a big hug! Then I looked at the two smaller photos and had to chuckle at the goofy antics of the boy. How sweet, and how typical, is that?
LM_Levesque used this month’s Premier kit, Mother is a Verb, by Krystal Hartley. The design, layering, and clustering is perfect, but it is the journaling that really makes this page.
I love that she used a “Dick and Jane” style of writing. It’s clear, concise, and truly demonstrates the incredible number of tasks that a mother is expected to perform for a child. Whew! I was feeling a bit exhausted by the time I had finished reading it!
This is a wonderful layout, LM_Levesque. Thank you for sharing it with us, and congratulations on winning the challenge!
