Overlapping Frames

Create three overlapping frames to add interest to a photo using the rectangular marquee tool.

 

For this tutorial you will need:

  • A photo with a single focal point
  • Photoshop Elements or Adobe Photoshop

 

Please note that this tutorial will not work with PSE14 or earlier versions.
