Use the Lasso tool to pick up and reposition parts of a scatter. This must-have altering tip will keep bossy elements from interfering with key parts of your scrapbook page.

 

For this tutorial you will need:

  • altered-scatter.psd from the download folder
  • Photoshop Elements or Adobe Photoshop

    I finally got around to this tutorial & found it to be a useful option to my old way of just masking & erasing the wayward scatter/s. Thanks for such a clear explanation!
