    Welcome to your newest instructor! Carla did an awesome job on this tutorial and I can’t wait to try it. I didn’t know much about the Elliptical Marquee tool or think I’d ever use cutouts. But, I love the idea of creating them from a background paper and using as an embellishment, thereby creating a wonderful continuity on the page. I loved learning a new shortcut too. Thanks for this great work!
