Wordle Challenge

with 2 Comments

So, you’re wondering what on earth “wordle” means, right?

Wordle is fun word art you create using www.wordle.net — here’s a quick sample of what you can create:

A while back, we had a Tip of the Week by Jan Walker that explained how to use wordle:

Wordle Tip of the Week

So, our challenge today is to incorporate wordle onto your page somehow. It can be fun as titlework or journaling or both! Wait until you see what the fabulous Creative Team came up with:

I just love what the Creative Team came up with! These are all such inspiring pages that show how fun wordle is! Remember, if you have not used wordle before, check out the Tip of the Week that explains how to do this!

Challenge requirements:

  1. Create a layout using wordle from www.wordle.net
  2. Post your individual pages in our Challenge Gallery.
  3. Leave some love for the other layouts in this gallery. (Optional, but highly recommended!)

This challenge is open for approximately 2 weeks. It will officially be closed to new entries on the night of September 4th, 2011 at midnight (Pacific Time).

We will announce the winner and post the winning layout here on the Digital Scrapper Blog, our Facebook page, and in our forum within a week of the challenge end date. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to our Digital Scrapper Shop that can be used towards Photoshop Elements & Adobe Photoshop Video Tutorials and awesome kits and templates!

If you’re new to digital scrapbooking and want to learn how to create your own digital scrapbook pages, check out our Learn Digital Scrapbooking class, taught by Adobe’s Official Scrapbooking Expert, Linda Sattgast. You’ll learn the basics and get started designing your own terrific, unique pages in Photoshop Elements or Adobe Photoshop!

If you have TONS of digital files between your photos, digital scrapbooking stash, etc., and you wonder how you’re going to organize all of it, check out our NEW class called: Get Organized, Now! taught by Linda Sattgast. Sign ups are going on now and class begins in early September!

I can’t wait to see what clever ways of using wordle that you all will come up with!

Happy Scrapping!
