First of all, we’d like to announce a new Creative Team member: blackkathy! We are excited for her to get started with us on our next challenge in two weeks, so be on the lookout for her and be sure to congratulate her!
Have you ever had a person in your life that you truly felt lucky to know or meet? Has there been a person who saved you in a crisis, such as a fireman, nurse, doctor, paramedic, or passer-by? We wanted to take a moment and reflect on the people we feel lucky to know in our lives. It can be a friend, family member, or complete stranger that has influenced you.
Would you like to see the beautiful pages our Creative Team came up with? You may want to grab a box of tissues—I know I needed them after reading the journaling on these amazing pages.
Aren’t these just the most lovely layouts? If you take the time to read the heartfelt journaling, they’re just amazing. I’m very touched at how deeply affected the Creative Team have been by “lucky” people in their lives, and I love the pages they’ve created to tell these stories.
Feel inspired? We hope so! Who are or were you “lucky” to know? We’d love to see who you choose to share your story about.
Please join us in the Lucky Person Challenge by doing the following:
- Create your own layout with any kit you love about a person you’ve been lucky to know.
- Post your individual pages in the Lucky Person Challenge Gallery.
- Leave some love on the other pages in the gallery. (Not required but highly encouraged!)
This challenge is open for approximately two weeks. It will officially be closed to new entries on the night of March 24th, 2013, at midnight (Pacific Time).
We will announce the winner and post the winning layout here on the Digital Scrapper Blog, our Facebook page, and in our forum within a week of the challenge end date. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to our Digital Scrapper Shop that can be used towards Photoshop Elements & Adobe Photoshop Video Tutorials and awesome kits and templates! (Note: Gift Certificate codes cannot be used for classes or Premier Memberships.)
