by Jen White

In our August 2016 issue of Premier—Classic Photo Effects—we focused on photo effects that never seem to go out of style.

Below you’ll find a showcase of the best examples by our students from the Classic Photo Effects mini class.

These examples will be placed in a gallery inside the August 2016 Premier issue.

They will also become part of the classroom that will eventually be available as a full class at Digital Scrapper and possibly other affiliate websites.

My Top Pick

The dynamics of Life Is Beautiful by xiaofano keep drawing me back and pulling me in for another look. I adore the randomly scattered elements and offset row of circular photos. The application of Linda Sattgast’s Water Reflection technique adds yet another layer of beauty and wonder to this page. So many fine details. So unique in design. It’s no wonder that Life Is Beautiful by xiaofano is my top pick for August 2016. ~ Jen White
