February 2015 Premier Top Pick

This month’s Premier Top Pick was a stand out! The emotive image of seeing these two special people lying side by side, one nearing the end of their life and the other brand new, was truly beautiful! Using Christina Rambo’s Type Mask Portrait Tutorial, nanci25 was able to highlight the special and most pertinent information about Grampa Joe without it overwhelming the photo. Your eye is instantly drawn to the baby and his great-grampa first and then to their story—masterful scrapbooking at its best. Congratulations nanci25. See nanci25’s page in the gallery.

Thank you for choosing my layout as one of the “More Great Pages”!! I am quite honored!! Thank you for the fantastic tutorials that allowed me to create such a layout as well!!! (Just read the “Don’t Make This Journaling Mistake” and am so glad to know it’s only one space after an end point but even typing this out it is such a HUGE habit to tape twice instead of once on the keyboard….I’ve been brain washed, what can I say?!)

THANK YOU for the honor of being chosen as this month’s Premier Top Pick. A copy of this Digital Scrapper’s blog page will also have a place in my grandson’s scrapbook.I can’t wait to share this with my daughter-in-law and her busia.
After viewing all the “more great pages”, it must have been a VERY difficult choice! Congrats to everyone who shared their talents this month. Sharing helps us all be better digi-scrappers.
