Have you ever seen a page that just jumped out and grabbed you — a page that had some awesome way of using an alphabet or a letter of the alphabet? I have seen so many pages that make one letter big or have a really awesome title made with a cute Alpha and they are always inspirational to me and make me want to scrap!
So… without further ado… we are beginning our Alpha Challenge! All you have to do is use an Alpha in a creative way on your page. Let’s take a look at what our fabulous Creative Team came up with for this challenge:
Barb has such a heartwarming photo on this page. She did a wonderful job using the soft “love” word art, and the Alpha she used to spell “family” just works beautifully with her page!
I love the use of color connieg has on her page. She has made it so her Alphas are all in red, so they just pop! Beautiful work!
Doesn’t Nann’s titlework just jump off the page and make you want to look closer? I thought this whole page is adorable!
I love how roseb created actual braces and put them on her braces title! Such a clever idea, and a really fun, bright page!
Now it’s your turn to play along! We would love to see what awesome ideas you come up with!
Here’s how to join us in this fun challenge:
1. Create your own page with any kit you love and show us how you use your Alpha creatively!
2. Post your individual pages in the Alpha Challenge Gallery.
3. Leave some love on the other pages in the gallery. (Not required but highly encouraged!)
This challenge is open for approximately 2 weeks. It will officially be closed to new entries on the night of September 2nd, 2012 at midnight (Pacific Time).
We will announce the winner and post the winning layout here on the Digital Scrapper Blog, our Facebook page, and in our forum within a week of the challenge end date. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to our Digital Scrapper Shop that can be used towards Photoshop Elements & Adobe Photoshop Video Tutorials and awesome kits and templates!
