February 2014 Premier Top Pick

We had an outstanding number of pages posted in the February 2014 Premier Gallery.  The tutorials and Manu’s gorgeous kit really sparked everyone’s imagination and certainly raised the bar. It was also obvious that many of you were taking Linda’s Custom Shadow Mastery 1 class, because the quality of the drop shadows on many of the layouts was outstanding.

Our Top Pick for February goes to lovetodecorate for her exquisite page of her two granddaughters sitting on a flower. It’s very difficult to make an extraction like this look realistic, and lovetodecorate completely nailed the technique. The perspective and her custom shadows are perfect.

The top pick by Lovestodecorate is masterfully done. The girls sitting on the over-sized flower make it fun, but it is not an easy thing to achieve that effect with such realism. The February kit sure did inspire some wonderful pages.
